I’m thinking this weekend I want to can. I just got a food mill so now there are alot more options. I have made 4 kinds of jam, which are wonderful! But I am thinking of trying something else Like Butters or pie filling. Since going on the Anti-Inflammatory Diet, I have missed pies. All the fillings have ingredients, preservatives and artificial stuff that I cant have. I’m stuck between Rhubarb-strawberry pie filling, Ginger-brown sugar sweet potato butter and Blueberry Mojito Jam.
I already have apples and strawberries. I may make some more Carmel Apple jam. I don’t know, guess Ill just wait and see how I feel. For now, I am making biscuits and gonna use some of the blackberry I made a few weeks ago.
